Job Summary
Presales Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support and collaborate with the Sales team to drive customer success and business growth in Tokyo. Responsibilities include ensuring product readiness, supporting marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining sales materials, conducting product/solution training for Sales teams and partners, providing customer support and onboarding coordination, handling order/delivery processes, gathering market feedback for product improvements, and assisting with licensing/compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years IT B2B sales; strong knowledge of CDN, cloud security, OTT/Media solutions, cloud infrastructure, edge computing, and related services; ability to translate technical concepts into business value; and English/Mandarin language skills preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in IT B2B sales
- Strong understanding of the Internet ecosystem, CDN, Cloud Security, OTT/Media solutions, Cloud infrastructure, Managed Hosting, Edge Computing and/or Cloud Computing services
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Business-level English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred
