Job Summary
Presales Electrical Engineer will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design data center electrical power architectures, covering LV and MV distribution, auxiliary systems, and associated protection/co-ordination studies. Responsibilities include developing single-line diagrams, performing load calculations and arc flash/short-circuit assessments, reading and interpreting RFPs/tender documents, and providing modular data center technical solutions and quotations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of experience, proficiency in electrical power system design, and strong communication skills to work across engineering and manufacturing teams. Proficiency with Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, and active English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience
- Proficient in Electrical power system design
- Sizing and specification of electrical equipment and installations
- Knowledge of electrical load calculations, short circuit and protection coordination study calculations and modeling tools
- Solid communication skills, both written and oral
- PC skills: Windows, MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), AutoCAD
- Active English
