Job Summary
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and lead discovery sessions and technical workshops with prospective clients. Design tailored solutions across Wanstor's portfolio, focusing on Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, and collaboration technologies while considering networking, infrastructure, and security needs. Create high-quality solution proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation to support bids, RFPs, and tenders. Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value sessions to act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle. Capture lessons learned to contribute to the continual improvement of presales processes and share knowledge across the business to develop technical capability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a Presales, Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Management role within an MSP or IT Services provider
- Strong technical understanding of managed IT services, with Microsoft 365 as your primary area of expertise
- Experience designing solutions across Microsoft 365 technologies such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune
- Good understanding of Microsoft security capabilities, including Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and identity management principles
- Broad knowledge of networking, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity, allowing you to design complete end-to-end customer solutions
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience producing professional proposals, solution documentation and customer-facing presentations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical excellence with customer outcomes
