Job Summary
Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements through discovery sessions. Design and present solution proposals, prepare RFP/RFQ responses, and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer needs. Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop solution architectures and support the sales cycle from qualification through proposal submission. Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners while staying updated on market trends and enterprise technology solutions. This role supports the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Presales, Solution Consulting, or Solution Architect role
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: SAP
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: ServiceNow
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: OpenText
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: Boomi
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: Oracle ERP
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as: Salesforce
- Previous experience working with ERP or Enterprise Software solutions is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation
- Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise integrations, cloud solutions, or workflow automation
- Experience working with enterprise customers in the Middle East is a plus
- Relevant vendor certifications (SAP, ServiceNow, Boomi, OpenText, etc.) are advantageous
