Job Summary
Presales Consultant in Melbourne, VIC: partner with Sales to design tailored Managed Services solutions, lead discovery sessions, develop client proposals, contribute to RFPs/RFIs/tenders, collaborate with delivery teams to translate designs into actionable artefacts, and define clear scope, timelines, and milestones. Requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel with potential Power BI/Power Apps exposure, and a proven consultative approach to gather and document business and technical requirements; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for customers and work across virtual teams. Desirable familiarity with the print industry; in-house training and diverse career development opportunities are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in presales, project delivery, or related role
- Strong analytical capability and data interpretation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel; exposure to Power BI/Power Apps advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts for customers
- Ability to gather/document business and technical requirements; consultative approach
- Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across virtual teams
- Understanding of print industry environments preferred
