Job Summary
Strategic presales role driving technical architecture and customer value for Hexnode’s UEM and cybersecurity solutions. Lead discovery sessions, deliver executive product demonstrations and orchestrate Proof-of-Concept deployments, advise senior stakeholders, manage technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to influence roadmaps while ensuring high CSAT during the transition from presales to long-term implementation. Requires deep Enterprise security and device-management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders (CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors), and a proven track record in full presales lifecycle, including POC success and compelling technical storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of proven experience in Presales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting, with a focus on UEM, MDM, or RMM
- Deep technical understanding of enterprise-grade security and device management for global organizations
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior decision-makers (CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors)
- Track record of managing complex customer expectations and solving blockers under pressure
- Ability to distill intricate technical architectures into clear, value-driven narratives for engineers and business leaders
- Hands-on experience in full presales lifecycle—from discovery and use-case mapping to product demonstrations and POC success criteria
- Strong knowledge of network security principles (VPN, Proxy, Firewall), Zero Trust frameworks, and cloud-integrated IT infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or closely related technical field (preferred)
