Job Summary
Presales Consultant for the DACH region who guides prospects through Spacewell’s portfolio, translating business challenges into solution architectures, delivering product demos, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Development, and Professional Services to drive proposals and deal closure. Requires German and English proficiency, strong communication, and experience in IT/SaaS presales; travel to customer sites and events is expected. Hybrid work arrangement with offices in Arnhem (NL) and Ratingen (DE).
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in a presales, solution consulting, or similar customer facing technical role in IT or SaaS
- Strong technical expertise and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proven problem solving skills
- Experience with solution based selling and supporting Sales in building proposals, demos, and closing deals
- Affinity with building operations, facility management, energy management, or related domains is a plus
- Customer centric mindset with ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events
