Job Summary
Presales Consultant at Civica responsible for shaping value-led SaaS solutions for Public Sector customers. Partner with sales to win new business, lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, translate technical capability into business outcomes and ROI, support bid responses and proposals, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. The role emphasizes communicating value to Local government, Health & Care, Education, and other public services, with a welcoming stance toward candidates from any SaaS presales background, and a focus on learning the public sector domain.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Presales / Solutions Consulting role within SaaS
- Strong ability to tell a compelling story — connecting product features to real-world business impact
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercial awareness and ability to support sales strategy and deal progression
- Confidence delivering demos, workshops, and presentations
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new domains
