Pre-sales Engineer to join our sales team, responsible for market research, product demonstrations for staff and customers, gathering feedback, and providing recommendations. Requires collaboration with business, data sciences and engineering teams, participation in workshops, cost estimation support, and producing product-related documents. 5+ years in pre-sales for Technical IT products, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to perform engaging demonstrations, after-hours availability, and beneficial coding knowledge. Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in pre-sales in Technical IT Product
- Proven track of market research and analysis experience
- Ability to memorize details like product specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire
- Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours
- Know how to code in any programming language is a big plus
- Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette
- Good at MS Excel or related spreadsheet applications
- Good in English both oral and written
- A strong growth mindset
