Job Summary
Presale Consultant with 7+ years in IT leads early-stage client conversations to identify business needs, translate them into high-level solution concepts, and convert them into detailed technical proposals in collaboration with architects, technology, and delivery teams. Collaborates to build an AI-augmented presale function, supports proposal development, presentations, and client calls with senior stakeholders (VP/CxO). Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, capturing business requirements, shaping architecture vision, prototypes/POCs, estimating with engineering teams, and producing structured presale documents and compelling proposals. Strong experience in client-facing presales, RFP responses, cross-functional collaboration, and English-language communication is required; healthcare and telecom domains are a plus. Flexible working hours and a globally distributed team environment are offered.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the IT sector
- Strong background as a technical business consultant or senior business analyst
- Experience in client-facing roles or engagements
- Knowledge in solution architecture, UX/UI design, and software engineering practices
- Experience converting client needs into technical solutions
- Experience with presales and RFP processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders (USA and/or Europe)
- Experience presenting proposals to VP- and CxO-level stakeholders
- MS Word/Google Docs and MS PowerPoint/Google Slides proficiency
- Advanced level of English or higher
