Job Summary
Go-to-Market Madrid SDR role focused on lead generation, qualification, and engagement across segments. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, prospecting via multiple channels, verifying qualification, generating meetings for closers, maintaining CRM (Salesforce) records, participating in industry events, networking to expand opportunities, collaborating with the European team, implementing A/B tests on outreach channels, and producing insightful activity reports. Requirements include fluency in Spanish with advanced conversational English (B2+), strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, an analytical mindset to translate market information into sales strategies, and an autonomous, proactive approach.
