Job Summary

Provide high-quality, timely multichannel client support across chat, email, and phone, owning client inquiries end-to-end and resolving complex issues with accuracy and urgency. Through a structured onboarding program, gain expertise in private markets and Preqin Pro, understanding how fund managers, allocators, and service providers leverage our data in real-world workflows. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Research to improve platform supportability, drive client satisfaction, and enhance retention. This role requires 2–3 years in client-facing or financial services roles, strong communication, an analytical mindset, and proficiency in Excel, with familiarity of data tools and APIs a plus. The position operates under a hybrid work model with in-office time and remote work as described by the employer.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in client-facing, data, or financial services roles
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage day-to-day interactions independently
  • Analytical mindset with ability to connect data to client workflows
  • Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups); familiarity with data tools and APIs a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills preferred
