Job Summary
Administer complete production lines and manage end-to-end workflows from data intake to billing using Heidelberg Prinect Production Manager. Configure and continuously develop Prinect stations, build and maintain Smart Automation, and analyze workflow issues to optimize processes. Support international clients with workflow consulting, develop automation concepts, and coordinate updates and system changes. Document workflows and ensure seamless integration of pre- and post-production systems. Requires professional experience with Prinect, strong PDF and preflight understanding, and excellent German/English skills. Flexible working hours and 31 days of vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Professionelle Erfahrung mit Heidelberg Prinect
- Erfahrung in der Administration und Konfiguration von Prepress-Workflows
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von PDF-Workflows, Preflight, digitaler Montage und automatisierter Druckvorstufe
- Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und ein gutes Verständnis für Server, Netzwerke und Schnittstellen
- Du sprichst gutes bis sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise mit Production Manager, Signa Station/Server, Portal und Smart Automation
- fundierte Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Workflow-Systemen
- die Bereitschaft, dich intensiv in Prinect einzuarbeiten
- Freude daran, Fehler systematisch zu analysieren und wiederkehrende Aufgaben durch stabile Automatisierungen zu ersetzen
- weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
