Prepress Washroom/Assembler

Job Summary
Prepare and stage press or laminator jobs in the Prepress/Washroom role. Retrieve and assemble print cylinders and aniloxes, transport between printing press and prepress departments, install gears and journals, and return cylinders to storage after a job. Follow established SOPs and safety guidelines, participate in the SPOT Safety Program, and complete required reports. Obtain and use a Power Industrial Truck license and complete PSM training. May require business travel. Shift is 2nd (11pm-7am) at Columbus, WI facility. The role emphasizes safety, equipment handling, cylinder preparation, and support across press and prepress functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Power Industrial Truck license(s)
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
