Prepper Lead Teacher - Academy of Early Education

Lead daily operations of a structured, developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers using the proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum. Deliver age-appropriate lessons focused on independence, language growth, and social-emotional development while creating a safe environment for exploration. Observe and document developmental milestones, adjusting activities to meet individual needs, and maintain clean, organized spaces aligned with licensing standards. Communicate consistently with families to share progress and build trust, collaborating with assistant teachers and leadership to uphold high-quality standards.
