Prepper/Caulker: 2nd shift

Prepare truck bodies and parts for powder coating by sanding, grinding, finishing, and performing precision hand caulking and binding operations. Conduct detailed inspections and rework to ensure no defects exit the process. Manually push or pull equipment and parts from inventory based on job orders, moving items via roller systems or overhead cranes to other work areas. This 2nd shift role requires a manufacturing background and prior experience with hand tools.
