Préposé à la maintenance

Respond to and process client repair requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues. Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen tools, mechanical equipment, and room appliances, including cleaning, lubrication, and visual inspections. Identify, locate, and operate all shutoff valves and service manual handles for buildings. Maintain required stock levels, order parts and supplies, and communicate daily activities and issues to other teams using approved communication standards. Conduct surface preparation, minor drywall and woodwork repairs, bulb and air filter replacements, and thorough cleaning of painted or repaired areas. Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on plumbing, electrical components, and guest room equipment. Program televisions and perform general engineering inventory tasks. Use lockout/tagout procedures before performing maintenance work.
