Prepared Meals Custodial Assistant

Conduct opening and closing custodial duties, maintaining janitorial best practices for walkways, storage areas, and shared spaces in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and local regulations. Operate powered floor scrubbers to ensure floor cleanliness, stock personal protective equipment and sanitation disposables, and manage kitchen and facility waste removal. Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks, properly handle and store cleaning chemicals, and assist with sanitation verification paperwork and ware-washing. Support Production Assistants with processing area set-up and break-down while adhering to food and personnel safety cultures. Report to the Production Manager with a focus on ongoing monitoring of janitorial best practices within the facility.
