Develop manufacturing processes by drafting and updating production routings and instruction sheets while defining tooling, workflows, and facility layouts for new product industrialization. Analyze operational dysfunctions to propose corrective actions and support production, quality, design, and supply chain teams in optimizing industrial processes. Read technical drawings, bills of materials, and functional schematics to ensure fabrication performance. Requires Bac+2/3 in industrial engineering or mechanics, experience in aerospace, energy, or defense, and operational English skills. Salary starts at 28,000€ gross annually with internal telework policy, 13 RTT days, and various allowances including transport reimbursement and mobility contributions.
