Manage the end-to-end preparation process for Drive orders, from retrieval to closure, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and cold chain protocols. Optimize the preparation workflow while acting as an ambassador for the brand by delivering personalized, attentive service to customers. Focus on maintaining high product quality and fostering trust through proactive advice and a commitment to local, accessible offerings. This role supports the development of the Drive activity at the Languidic store within a team of 150,000 collaborators across three markets.
