Manage drive order preparation from retrieval to closure, following each step to optimize the process. Prepare every order adhering to defined quality standards and cold chain requirements while ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as an ambassador for the brand by offering personalized service and listening to client needs. Build trust and proximity with customers through relationship skills and product advice. This role supports the store's drive activity development within a human team committed to local and organic products.
