Execute mixing and granulation of PVC compounds via the automated AZO system, storing materials in appropriate silos and operating extrusion/granulation machinery. Perform material grinding with full segregation for 100% thermoplastic recycling, monitor raw material stock levels to meet production volume targets, and distribute compounds to machines per technical sheets. Print raw material balance reports from AZO for ERP entry, communicate operator changes to Quality for registration updates, and manage raw material movement using forklifts and electric pallet jacks while adhering to safety norms. Work shift runs 13:30 to 22:00 in Joinville.
