Prep/Server

Provide a best-in-class dining experience to residents, colleagues, and guests by cascading a spirit of hospitality in all dealings. Lead service of food or beverages, prepare specialty diets, and engage residents to obtain orders while articulating daily menu offerings, ingredients, and cooking methods. Ensure resident satisfaction, check dietary requirements, and communicate service issues to the supervisor. Assist with set-up/breakdown of meal periods, stock service areas, and perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing. Operate in a kitchen environment with equipment such as ovens and slicers, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 40 pounds.
