Job Summary
Prep all records in the manner and order required, and scan all documents into the optical Imaging System. Forward all scanned documents to the QC/Indexing area. One year of experience in record assembly/analysis or two years in clerical, customer service, or data entry with Windows and micro computer applications is required. Excellent analytical, reading, comprehension, and communication skills are essential. This role supports Northside Hospital's award-winning, state-of-the-art care in Atlanta, expanding quality and reach to patients and communities.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of experience in record assembly/analysis or record prepping/scanning
- Two (2) years of clerical, customer service, or data entry experience with Windows, HBOC and other micro computer applications
- Two (2) years of general medical record experience in a medical record department
- Excellent Analytical, Reading, Comprehension, and Communication skills
- 6am-245pm
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience with record assembly analysis
- One (1) year of experience with imaging systems
- One (1) year of experience working as a receptionist, in a mail room or in a medical records environment
