Job Summary
The Salad Bar employee performs in multiple setup roles (vegetable prep, fruit prep, salad bar setup, front/back line setup, meat slicer, catering prep, bread prep, recipe person, project person, bus/dish set-up) and during shifts serves as sandwich maker, expeditor, end person, drink person, back line maker, to-go expeditor, salad bar re-stock, food runner, bus person, and dishwasher. Responsibilities include learning and performing these tasks, maintaining equipment and cleanliness, complying with health regulations, and providing quality customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Education: high school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months work experience preferred (unless in school)
- Able to learn basic job routines and communicate effectively
- Health compliance with food-handling regulations
