Job Summary
Back of the House Line Employee performs a wide range of kitchen-prep and line-set-up tasks including vegetable prep, fruit prep, salad bar set-up, front and back line set-up, meat slicing, catering prep, bread prep, and roles such as sandwich maker, expeditor, to-go expeditor, food runner, and dish/bus responsibilities. The role requires learning basic routines, clear communication, and adherence to health regulations. Must be able to stand for up to six hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and operate equipment like meat slicers, robocoupe, mixers, and dishwashing machines. Education in high school or GED is preferred, and at least six months of work experience is preferred if not currently enrolled in HS/college/technical school.
