Job Summary
Prep Position at Chicken Salad Chick. The role involves taking orders, handling cash and cards, making drinks and desserts, serving guests, delivering meals to tables or pickup areas, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, leading a team to meet hospitality standards, and opening/closing the restaurant as a key holder. Requires a friendly, hard-working, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States. Schedule rotates to include opening and closing shifts; availability on Saturdays is required; Sundays are closed. Competitive pay and opportunities for leadership development are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work any time including Saturdays
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least one-year previous restaurant management or leadership experience is preferred
