Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based programming for the teen pregnancy prevention curriculum by recruiting youth and implementing educational sessions. Maintain fidelity to the curriculum through outcome measuring, data collection, and analysis while collaborating with the PREP Director and Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Represent the agency in community meetings to raise awareness and collect project information, ensuring timely submission of program reports and agency paperwork. Recruit, train, and oversee project interns and volunteers in conjunction with the Program Director. Assist in setting annual project goals and objectives with funding agencies and attend required internal and external meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in Public Health
- Experience facilitating group activities with youth
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
