Job Summary
The Production/Prep Cook at Fuddruckers is responsible for preparing products, following recipes, and setting up a bountiful produce bar. This role requires excellent guest service skills, the ability to maintain a positive attitude, and the capability to cross train in various restaurant areas. Responsibilities include standing or walking for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and demonstrating manual and visual dexterity. Candidates must be a team player with a strong sense of urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to speak, read and write using a minimal amount of the English language
- Utilizing cutting glove in accordance to company guidelines
- Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to cross train in other areas in the restaurant
- Professional appearance required (see uniform standards)
- Ability to multitask
- Must be team player with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to cross train in other areas as needed
