Job Summary
Prepare food according to branded recipes and standards while maintaining organized workstations, coolers, and dry storage areas. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, set up stations with required items, and operate a clean dishwashing station. Address food quality issues promptly and perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety regulations. Maintain a positive work environment by communicating effectively with team members and keeping managers informed of operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with staff and vendors
- Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures
- Ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms
- Proficiency in effectively presenting information and responding to questions from staff and vendors
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must have a high degree of professional integrity
- Ability to work safely, effectively, and efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to abide by all Safety rules
- Ability to perform each task by practicing safe work habits
- Ability to report any type of injury immediately to their immediate supervisor or the Security Officer on duty
