Job Summary
As a Prep Cook, you will support all aspects of kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and portioning of food; maintain and properly use kitchen equipment (fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers, rotisserie); ensure prep duties are prepared, seasoned, and cooked to standards; follow recipes and SOPs; manage product storage with proper labeling and dating; maintain sharp knives and tools; keep the dish station clean and comply with health department standards; assist with deep cleaning and provide team support (including catering) as needed; apply knowledge of Health Department standards to keep kitchen spaces tidy and hold the team accountable; collaborate with a hospitality-driven team to deliver Enlightened Hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in a Line Cook position in a similar environment
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
