Prep Cook - The Rec Room Barrie Park Place

Prepare and cook food in pantry, fry and/or station areas with emphasis on timely, sanitary, and consistent quality. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications; assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas; restock items as needed; serve food in proper portions and at correct temperatures; execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. This role supports a fast-paced, social dining environment and is suitable for someone with at least 1 year of cooking experience and a high school diploma or GED.
