Prepare all food items according to recipe cards and correct handling procedures while maintaining a sanitary workspace. Keep refrigerators and work areas clean and orderly, ensuring all stations are properly cleaned at the end of each shift. Use leftovers and maintain proper storage on the hot food side. This entry-level role requires standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and walking, bending, or climbing stairs. You must accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. A high-school diploma is required, with previous F&B experience being a plus.
