Job Summary
As a Prep Cook in our New York, NY kitchen, you'll prepare and portion ingredients, wash and prep vegetables and herbs, assist with butcher/fish prep, maintain proper storage and rotation, keep the prep station stocked and clean, and work closely with Chefs and line cooks to ensure smooth kitchen flow and consistent quality. Ideal candidates have experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong knife skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and food safety, and the stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. This role supports the culinary team and contributes to the signature dining experience, with opportunities for growth within THE ONE GROUP.
