Job Summary
As a Prep Cook at The Hangar, you will read and execute the daily prep sheet, prepare items following our recipes, maintain a clean and stocked walk-in refrigerator, and ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment. You will adhere to storage and rotation (FIFO), safety, and sanitation practices while contributing to a welcoming, collaborative kitchen environment and supporting weekend/holiday availability.
