Job Summary
Prepare soups, salads, and other dishes by slicing, dicing, and utilizing skilled techniques as instructed while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness according to Jory's exacting standards. Collaborate with chefs to utilize daily garden produce and ensure consistent product quality across constantly changing seasonal menus. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while working with others to improve skills and maintain the highest quality standards. This role requires working a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform extended standing, walking, and bending. Candidates must hold a State of Oregon Food Handler's Card and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
