Job Summary

Dishwasher/Prep role at Marlow's Tavern focusing on sanitation, food safety, and assisting the chef with daily prep and production. Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to work day and night shifts between 11am-11pm
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Able to speak, read, write and understand English
  • Possess basic computational ability
  • Able to taste food & beverage offerings to learn flavor profiles and support preparation of items
  • Able to memorize and replicate food production procedures
  • Able to read prep and service recipes
