Job Summary
Dishwasher/Prep role at Marlow's Tavern focusing on sanitation, food safety, and assisting the chef with daily prep and production. Responsibilities include setting up the station, preparing ingredients and raw items, maintaining proper temperature on equipment, following recipe instructions and portioning methods, communicating with chefs and management, and supporting overall kitchen operations. Requires ability to work from 11am–11pm, English proficiency, reliable transportation, basic math, and strong teamwork and tasting abilities to learn and execute menu items.
Required Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to work day and night shifts between 11am-11pm
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Possess basic computational ability
- Able to taste food & beverage offerings to learn flavor profiles and support preparation of items
- Able to memorize and replicate food production procedures
- Able to read prep and service recipes
