Job Summary
The Prep Cook at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) is responsible for preparing hot and cold food items, maintaining kitchen standards and ensuring food safety and sanitation practices are followed. Key responsibilities include preparing ingredients, sauces, and dishes, following prep sheets, managing food storage, and operating kitchen equipment. A high school diploma is preferred along with relevant experience, advanced knife skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
