Job Summary
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing hot and cold restaurant foods, following a prep sheet, and communicating with chefs to meet prep times. Duties include cooking ingredients, preparing sauces, and maintaining kitchen machinery. Candidates must have advanced knife skills, proper food storage knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A High School diploma is preferred, along with at least one year of related experience and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
