Job Summary
Prep cook / Slicer responsibilities include slicing deli meats and cheeses to Firehouse Subs standards, prepping fresh vegetables and other ingredients daily, labeling, storing, and rotating food (FIFO), maintaining a clean, safe prep area, following food safety and sanitation procedures, and assisting the kitchen team during prep hours; needs daytime availability, the ability to use commercial slicers safely, and the stamina to stand for long periods and lift 25–40 lbs.
