Job Summary
Prep Cook at Punch Bowl Social focused on producing high-quality ingredients and dishes in a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen. Responsibilities include chopping, dicing, and slicing produce; making and mixing sauces and dressings; ensuring ingredients are handled with craft in mind. Emphasis on guest experience, teamwork, and attention to detail, with training provided to develop skills and advance in the role. Two years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar and excellent knife skills are required.
