Prep Cook role responsible for preparing ingredients according to recipes and company specs (chopping, portioning, mixing, stocking), maintaining a clean and organized prep area, following food safety and kitchen procedures, supporting Line Cooks and other kitchen team members, labeling/storing/rotating food items per standards, and assisting with cleaning and restocking. - No experience is required. Prior prep cook experience is a plus.
