Job Summary
Prep Cook responsibilities include preparing ingredients according to recipes and company specifications, chopping, portioning, mixing, and stocking; maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked prep area; following food safety and sanitation procedures; supporting Line Cooks and kitchen team; labeling, storing, and rotating food items; assisting with cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking; and performing additional duties as assigned. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. No experience is required, and prior prep cook experience is a plus.
