Job Summary
Prep Cook responsible for preparing ingredients according to recipes and company specifications, including chopping, portioning, mixing, and stocking items; maintain a clean, organized prep area; follow all food safety and kitchen safety procedures; support Line Cooks and other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations; label, store, and rotate food items; assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and restocking; perform additional duties as assigned. Success factors include taking initiative, teamwork, openness to feedback, and respectful communication. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- No experience is required. Prior prep cook experience is a plus.
