Job Summary
Prep Cook at Perkins/JDK is responsible for preparing ingredients according to recipes, maintaining a clean and stocked prep area, following food safety procedures, supporting Line Cooks and kitchen staff, labeling and rotating food, and assisting with cleaning and restocking. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment and lift up to 50 lbs; no prior experience required, with prep cook experience a plus.
