Job Summary
Wash, cut, slice, dice, and portion fresh vegetables, fruits, proteins, cheeses, sauces, and dressings according to standardized recipes. Prepare soups and scratch-made dishes as assigned, then label, rotate, and store food using FIFO inventory practices to minimize waste. Stock prep stations and kitchen areas for daily service while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. Operate knives and kitchen equipment safely and assist with deliveries and inventory organization. Support the line during busy meal periods as needed, ensuring all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards are followed. Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
