Job Summary
Prepare all food items according to proper procedure and recipe, ensuring correct plating presentation and portion sizes. Set up workstation according to company standards and maintain cleanliness of the area and kitchen equipment. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation and food production codes. Clean and maintain utensils and appliances as needed. Aids the culinary team with additional tasks requested by the Kitchen manager. Reports to work in a timely manner following the Monday to Friday night shift schedule with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
