Job Summary
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go items according to recipes and quality standards; assist with made-to-order menu items during service hours; label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly; maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area; assist with inventory, restocking, and daily prep lists; support opening and closing duties; work closely with the Bistro and Retail teams to keep operations running smoothly; requires weekend availability and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen; ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and English language proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Must be able to speak and understand English; Spanish is a plus
- Previous prep cook, fast food, or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
