Full-time Prep Cook responsible for food preparation in a high-volume restaurant, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to recipes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Six months to one year minimum as a prep/line cook in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Knowledge of cooking techniques utilized in the scope of the prep/line position
- Health permit/food safety cards and alcohol awareness certification required prior to employment
