Prepare and cook foods following company recipes and plating guidelines; maintain station setup and organization, ensure safety by adhering to HACCP procedures, manage inventory and requisitions, stock and clean stations, and cross-train on prep and dish stations to support guest satisfaction. Requires 6 months to 1 year of prep/line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Required Qualifications
